RESERVATION INFORMATION
General Information
- A reservation deposit of $500.00 for Travel Trailers and $1000.00 for Motor Homes is due at the time of reservation
- The day of departure, full payment (less reservation deposit) and security deposit are required.
- Cancellation of reservation less than 30 days prior to day of departure will result in loss of reservation deposit
- All Rentals are 3 day minimum
- All drivers must be at least 25 years of age
- All drivers must have a valid driver's license
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received or the following charges may be assessed: Holding Tanks Empty – Clean Outside and Inside – Full of Fuel and LP
No Smoking, No Pets
Security Deposit
When the unit is returned Pinnacle will inspect and document any visible defects. Pinnacle also retains a 5 day service inspection to check out all systems on unit that might be damaged from renters use. Should any issues arise Pinnacle will notify renter and the renter will be charged for damaged caused by their use.
Payment
Full payment of all anticipated charges (estimated extra miles & security deposits) must be paid in cash, certified funds or credit card on or before your departure date.
Pinnacle Coach of Texas will screen all rental customers. We execute verification on all renters employment and personal references. In addition, a significant security deposit is taken on each & every rental unit. If necessary, this will cover the insurance deductible on your rental unit.
