Pinnacle Coach Leaseback Program is designed to allow new RV purchasers and current RV owners to derive substantial income from their RV while retaining the use of it when they want to go camping. This program is perfect for the RV owner who can't use his/her RV enough to justify owning it or for those who owe more on their RV than it can be sold for. In addition to the income, there are many tax benefits to this program. You supply the RV and we do all the rest. We have the renters and the most stringent screening process in the industry. We maintain the unit, collect the rental fees and security deposits and send the owner an itemized statement and check once a month. These are the reasons we have several owners that have multiple units in our program. Once the RV is enrolled in our program, you'll be able to enjoy the following tax benefits:

  • Depreciation - Most of our owners use a 5 year depreciation schedule for income tax purposes. You can take 52% during the first 2 years alone.
  • Expenses - You'll be able to deduct insurance premiums, maintenance costs, any upgrades you might want on your motor home, plus a 7 day vacation each year. These now become business expenses.
  • Section 179 Deduction - Each year the government allows a capital investment purchase that can use an accelerated depreciation schedule for that investment. In 1999, that allowance is $19,000. (For more information, see Publication 946 from the Internal Revenue Service IRS)

Pinnacle Coach of Texas has screened rental customers and we take care to insure our RV rental customers have had a complete employment and personal references verified. A sizable security deposit is taken on each & every rental units. This will cover the insurance deductible on your rental unit.

NO CUSTOMER WILL LEAVE OUR LOT WITHOUT FULL COVERAGE ON THEIR RENTAL UNIT.
